I had been unhappy with mine and my daughter’s dental providers for quite sometime. But I’m pleasantly pleased that I stumbled across this office. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to when we walked into the office for check in, everyone was friendly and welcoming. One of my concerns was also wait time. But we were there for less than an hour. And when we went to schedule my daughter’s next appointment they even suggested times so she wouldn’t miss school without me saying anything. Lastly, we were so pleased with the actual cleaning service she received. I’ll be changing over as well.

I recently changed my previous dental office due to lack of customer service and time management. I reached out to this office and explained my situation and expectations especially due to me being pregnant. They provided all the necessary information so that I was set up for success. When I arrived, I was greeted with the upmost respect and laughs from the receptionists (multiple). My services were completed and I received a face spa after (first time ever). Thank you for the service in rebuilding my faith in a dental office setting.
