Dr. O’Tisha Preston-Hill is passionate about quality comprehensive care and educating patients in a comfortable and relaxing environment. At Monarch Family Dentistry in Douglasville, Georgia, she offers patients general and cosmetic dentistry with a focus on preventative care.
A native of Florida, Dr. Preston-Hill received her Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology and cell science at the University of Florida. While attending a football game, she had a chance encounter with an orthodontist and an oral surgeon that ignited her passion for the field of dentistry. In 2008 she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Howard University College of Dentistry in 2008.
At Monarch Family Dentistry, we offer patient forms online so you can complete them in the convenience of your own home or office. Fax us your printed and completed forms or you may bring them during your visit.
To be mindful that your specific insurance policy is in agreement with you and your insurance company, you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage.

The first appointment consists of a consultation. We will review your current situation, explain your diagnosis, and cover your treatment options.
You will want to bring the following information with you to the consultation appointment:
Your referral slip and X-rays if applicable
A list of any medications you are taking
Any known allergies or medical conditions
Medical or Dental insurance to be filed
I had been unhappy with mine and my daughter’s dental providers for quite sometime. But I’m pleasantly pleased that I stumbled across this office. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to when we walked into the office for check in, everyone was friendly and welcoming. One of my concerns was also wait time. But we were there for less than an hour. And when we went to schedule my daughter’s next appointment they even suggested times so she wouldn’t miss school without me saying anything. Lastly, we were so pleased with the actual cleaning service she received. I’ll be changing over as well.

I recently changed my previous dental office due to lack of customer service and time management. I reached out to this office and explained my situation and expectations especially due to me being pregnant. They provided all the necessary information so that I was set up for success.
